Veolia Emerging Leaders Training Blueprint Program
We’ve helped resource management company, Veolia, up-skill emerging leaders to help navigate the economic challenges brought about by COVID-19.
As the business adjusted workloads to minimise risk, it identified a need to up-skill employees for leading-hand roles to lead the way in identifying and managing issues and pivoting the business.

Meet the Team – Jessica Murray and Melissa Knight
Jessica Murray and Melissa Knight are two of our behind-the-scene team members without whom we could not deliver your training. You most likely will speak to them on the phone and they will handle your course bookings, pre-course enrolments, as well as do website updates, resources course reporting and qualifications.
They are celebrating 10 years of service this year! We hired both straight out of school via a traineeship to give them their first job. Thankfully, they’ve stayed with us to make training as smooth as possible for all our training participants.
We have just recently promoted both of these team players into the operations team. Well done ladies, great to see you both running the show at Forsythes Training.
