A smart way for individuals or employers to undertake training at reduced cost is to obtain funding subsidies through Government funded training programs such as NSW Smart and Skilled.
Forsythes Training has helped clients from sectors including mining, health, manufacturing, agriculture, defence and local government, to access part funding or full funding for their training in areas including leadership and management, project management, training and assessment, work health and safety, customer engagement and computer literacy.
Smart and Skilled funding is just not for individuals needing to gain a particular qualification or partial qualification. We help businesses and organisations to access Smart and Skilled funding to gain customised training in areas critical to their business success that align with the Government’s priority Skills Set list.
What is Smart and Skilled funding?
Smart and Skilled is a Government funded training grant program that provides people living or working in NSW with access to government subsidised competency- based training courses in a range of courses and qualifications.
As an approved Smart and Skilled training provider Forsythes Training can help individuals and employers to take advantage of Government funding to develop the skills needed to boost productivity, performance and for career advancement.

To be eligible for NSW Smart and Skilled funding you must be:
- 15 years old or over
