4U Care Clients Get Training and Jobs Through Skilling for Recovery
NDIS provider, 4UCare, has taken advantage of Skilling for Recovery fee free training to build its workforce.
Forsythes Training successfully delivered a pilot pre-employment training program to 4u Care’s job applicants in October. Of the 15 learners who undertook the training, 11 have become carers with 4u Care. All 11 employees are completing their 70 hours to qualify for a traineeship in Community Services with us.
“The training has meant that when transitioning into support, carers are more prepared than ever,” says 4U Care Managing Director Jonathon Dunn.
Fee free training is available to help job seekers retrain or up-skill and to support school leavers to enter the workforce thanks to the NSW Government’s Skilling for Recovery program. Forsythes Training can help you access this and other training subsidies.
Course Spotlight – BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership & Management
Our nationally recognised BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is for up and coming supervisors and managers with limited time. This qualification can be delivered via traditional workshop or virtual classroom. The training is designed for incorporate more concepts around leadership and how to provide guidance and support to others.
Subsidies through the NSW Government Smart & Skilled program may be available for this training.

Meet the team – Deb Lay
Deb is one of our most experienced accredited trainers and assessors. She specialises in delivering the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Students from industries as diverse as rail infrastructure, utilities, construction, mining, government and community services have benefitted from Deb’s extensive knowledge of training and assessment as well as her industry and business experience.
Christmas Office Hours
Our office will close on Wednesday 23 December 2020 and reopen on Monday 4 January 2021. Students still have access to our Student Portal.
