The key focus is that the assessment is realistic to workplace application. There are four (4) Assessment Strategies that will be adopted and each have a range of assessment methods.

The Project

They will be required to gain management support for the project and establish a project team to lead through the implementation of the project.

In tray Activities

This is primarily a planning task and incorporates a range of activities that need to be completed during the course and time allocated.

They form part of the assessment. Some activities require more work than others and you will need to plan the completion of these activities. This involves Knowledge Questions, Case Studies and the development of Business documentation.

Knowledge Questions – designed to ensure participants have a solid understanding of the underpinning knowledge of management principles required for this level of application in the workplace.
