ICAM investigators an asset for organisations

Read how Viterra used ICAM for continuous improvement.

ICAM is becoming the preferred method for investigating incidents and a required skill for WHS personnel.

Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) lead investigators are an asset for any organisation wanting to maximise learning from adverse events, to avoid reoccurrence, and to improve future resilience to hazards.

Our one day ICAM course introduces best practice in incident investigation and teaches practical skills to apply in your workplace. The course content is mapped to the unit of competency BSBWHS515 Lead Initial Response To and Investigate WHS Incidents.
