TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – train at your workplace
TAE40116 is the industry standard for people working as accredited trainers and assessors. With a shortage of qualified trainers and assessors, demand for training is high for both formal qualifications and skill sets.
The course is challenging and not all providers deliver it in the same way. Forsythes Training is a TAE expert and was one of the first Australian RTOs to be accredited to deliver TAE40116. We have extensive experience in delivering customised TAE training to workplaces – virtually and face to face. Recent clients have included Marine Rescue, Tomago Aluminium, Boggabri Coal, and Hunter Surf Lifesaving.
If you are interested in studying the course we offer the following flexible options.
- Live scheduled Virtual Classroom programs
- Face to Face Newcastle and Parramatta
- E-Learning – study at your own time.
Case study – Project Management course life changing
Mid Coast Council ROM Operator Glenn Mathiske says his recent training in project management has been life changing. He recently completed the Certificate IV in Project Management through Forsythes Training.
It had been many years since Glenn had done any formal learning. Glenn said starting the course was overwhelming and daunting. But with the support of trainer Michael Murray and Forsythes Training’s support team he is now project management trained and more confident about further study.
