Job seekers and existing workers can study the TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment fee free under the NSW Government’s JobTrainer program. Our limited places are filling fast. You must commence training prior to June 30 and meet other eligibility criteria to qualify for the training subsidies.
TAE40116 is the industry standard for people working as accredited trainers and assessors. It is a challenging qualification and not all providers deliver it in the same way. As one of the first Australian RTOs accredited to deliver TAE40116, we’ve helped more than 5000 people gain the qualification.

Case study: Leadership skills sets for Fortescue Metals Group
Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) is investing in its leaders with 10 staff completing a customised skills set program delivered by Forsythes Training.
The training covered units of competency in leadership aligned to FMG’s leadership framework and business needs. It was conducted face to face in the NSW regional centre of Orange, bringing staff together from across NSW.
FMG Exploration NSW Project Coordinator Elise Jackson said everyone in the team thoroughly enjoyed the training and got a lot out of it. She said the business is already seeing some really positive changes starting to happen as a result of the training.
Leadership Insight – Human Synergistics drives performance

Course Spotlight: Cert IV in Leadership & Management
Are you an up and coming manager looking for skills and qualifications but with limited time? The nationally accredited BSB40520 Certificate IV Leadership and Management gives you the skills and confidence to assume responsibility for your own performance and to guide and support others.
You will cover 12 units of competency in 12 workshops spread out over nine months. We offer public courses and dedicated workplace programs. Train your way – either face to face or via virtual classroom.
Meet the team: Yvette Bender
Yvette is our Training Manager and expert accredited Trainer and Assessor. A qualified Human Synergistics Practitioner, this tool enhances her Leadership and Management training. She also trains in WHS, Project Management and Training and Assessment (TAE).
Yvette gets very high student satisfaction scores because she makes training practical and relevant. Her success is partly due to her industry experience from decades of business consulting. She is our Queen of ZOOM and the Virtual Classroom. Yvette was instrumental in successfully bring our courses and customised training programs online in response to COVID-19.
