Skills for new leaders
Our highly practical two-day leadership workshop gives core skills to people who relieve in a supervisor role or have recently been appointed to a leadership role. The interactive workshop covers leadership behaviours, effective communication, situational and self-awareness and effective decision making. Give your emerging leaders the confidence and tools to effectively lead others. The next workshops are in March, May, August and November.
Do your supervisors know their WHS responsibilities?
Safety is critical in any business. Your supervisors need to know their WHS responsibilities. New TAE40122 qualification coming
A new nationally accredited TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment has been endorsed by government skills ministers.
It is equivalent to TAE40116 which means people with that qualification DO NOT need to upgrade. Both TAE40116 or the new TAE40122 will be valid, minimum requirement, trainer and assessor qualifications. If you are currently completing TAE40116 you can confidently proceed with your current studies.
We’re piloting the new qualification and expect to be delivering the new qualification from July. Meanwhile you can start TAE40116 training now.
We’ve compiled answers to frequently asked questions about the new qualification.
Upgrade from TAE40110 to TAE40116 fee free
Thanks to funding from NSW Training Services, we’re also offering a TAE upgrade course in April – fee free. The Upgrade TAE40110 to TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is being offered via virtual classroom so you can study online from home or work – no travel required.
Fee Free is a NSW and Commonwealth government initiative to support vocational training and skills development across NSW. Participants who utilise the funding must attend each training day and until 28th May to lodge all assessment tasks.
