Leadership and Management Training for Mines & Heavy Industry

Nationally Recognised Qualification in BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management for the Mining and Heavy Industries delivered by industry experienced instructors. Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast.

The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

Qualifications in Leadership and Management are the most popular generic qualification in Australia and an essential ingredient for the effective development of up and coming supervisors and managers.

Employee Requirements

Employees will be required to complete assessments and gather evidence from the workplace to demonstrate their competency in order to gain the qualification.

Student Support Days are available for any participants who may require any extra assistance with their assessments.

  • BSBMGT402 Implement operational plan
  • BSBADM405 Organise meetings
Risk and Complex Documents PART 5
  • BSBWRT401 Write complex documents
  • BSBRSK401 Identify risk and apply risk management processes

RPL or RCC against any units may reduce course duration for individual participants (Available upon request)
