Feedback from students and clients led Forsythes Training to launch new and improved resources for people undertaking Training and Assessment (TAE) courses.
The new look materials have more user friendly instructions, better flow of material and the language is easier to read and understand.
The materials and other content are on the Forysthes Training’s Moodle system. They include the latest readings and case studies on training and assessment.
Forsythes Training Operations Manager, Margaret Murray, says Forsythes Training routinely asks students and clients for feedback on aspects of its service. This includes course content, delivery and resources, as part of its continuous improvement process.
“Thank you to those people who gave us the valuable feedback on our TAE resources – we have acted on it,” Margaret says.
Several years ago, there were significant changes to Training and Assessment Education (TAE) qualifications. TAE40116 replaces the old qualification (TAE40110).
Forsythes Training was one of the first Australian registered training organisations in Australia to be accredited to teach the new qualification –
Staff having appropriate TAE qualifications is vital for many organisations. Regulators mandate it in some industries, such as mining.
Forsythes Training offers public courses as well as customised courses on site for organisations. Subsidised funding may be available for TAE training as Forsythes Training is a NSW Government Smart and Skilled provider.
