According to the University of Melbourne’s Study of Australian Leadership, more than 40% of businesses fail to meet performance targets because their leaders lack fundamental management skills.

Using our decades of experience in developing and delivering successful leadership and management training, we’ve put together a handy guide on developing effective leadership programs for leaders as well as HR, training and organisational development professionals. The free guide (no download or email required) explores:

The power of coaching and mentoring after leadership training

Developing effective leadership skills is an ongoing process. A training course is an excellent beginning to give people knowledge, skills and tools.

The challenge for new and emerging leaders is applying and embedding those lessons from the course in the real world.

One effective solution is post training coaching, mentoring or a combination of the two. Coaching and mentoring reinforces training learnings about what to do to be an effective leader. Plus, it provides customised support and accountability to do it well.

Our experienced team members have different skills and styles, allowing us to match leaders with the right coach or mentor for maximum impact.

If you’ve completed leadership training or have invested in leadership training for your team, don’t let the momentum fade. Maximise that initial investment with customised individual or group coaching or mentoring
