Susie Russell has years of experience as a trainer and assessor. During her career she has worked with clients and students in Government and the private sector in almost every sector including building and construction, the disability sector, tourism and hospitality.

At Forysthes Training, Susie specialises in training your workforce in leadership and management, customer service and customer engagement, conflict resolution, business administration and communication.

She has qualifications in Leadership and Management, Business Administration, Conflict Management and Resolution, Assessment and Workplace Training, Education, Events Management, Hospitality Management and Human Resources Management.

Susie has experience running her own businesses so she understands the needs of and issues facing business owners and leaders.
