Lynette Van Homrigh
Lynette’s experience spans more than 20 years with her main area of expertise in Certificate IV in Training nad Assessment.
Lynette has conducted many courses in TAE40122, TAE40116, TAE40110, TAA40104 as well as BSZ40198, and has successfully facilitated these qualifications in different environments, for different client and learner groups.
Lynette has been a Trainer and Assessor of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment since 2005 for public programs and customised programs for a range of organisations.
Organisations have included the Department of Defence – RAAF, Onesteel, The Stockton Centre, and the Rural Fire Service.
The courses conducted for corporate clients were very effective because of her ability to contextualise and customise the course for organisational needs and for the individual learners. Course conducted at RAAF Williamtown for RAAF personnel adapted to the very restricted organisational parameters to cater for personnel brought in from bases elsewhere in Australia, and were adaptive to address issues associated with a very structured and hierarchical organisation so that all individuals felt included and were given appropriate options for successful completion.
Lynette is very aware of the need to maintain her professional development and ensure she has the required qualifications and skills set required by the current TAE Training Package.
She has a sound knowledge of RTO Standards. The learning and assessment strategies, resources and assessment tools she has developed cover a range of industry areas and AQF qualification levels, and include coal preparation plant assessment tools, working at heights courses, and conducting underground lifting operations, as well as TAE40116 assessment tools and resources.
