James Piper

As a former Director in Australia of the global KitchenAid brand and Commercial leader of the HIVIS Group, as well as leading his own business, James’ is focussed on leading, coaching, and mentoring team members through guidance, inspiration, and development of skills, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation, and ultimately achieving collective success through trust, support, and effective communication. He has been sharing his skills with our clients in providing leadership, management training across all sectors and worked extensively with NSW Local Councils on our Fresh Start Program.

James is passionate about developing self awareness and the  application of Emotional Intelligence to drive communication and engagement with all stakeholders.
