About this course
ICAM lead investigators are an asset for any organisation wanting to maximise learning from adverse events, to avoid reoccurrence, and to improve future resilience to hazards.
This course introduces best practice in incident investigation and teaches practical skills for you to apply in your workplace. The content of this course has been mapped to the unit of competency RIIWHS301E Conduct safety and health investigations, participants have the option to formally enrol in the unit and complete the assessment at the end of the course as homework.
