Yes. There is no formal prerequisite for the Diploma of Leadership and Management under the AQF. Therefore, you can enrol in this program without completing the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management first.

However, the Diploma is designed for people who already have some leadership experience or exposure to managing teams.

If you are new to leadership or have limited supervisory experience, completing the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management first can give you the foundational skills and confidence needed to succeed in the Diploma.
