Dean has a thirty year career across private and corporate sectors, employed with companies such as Aristocrat, Oaks and NCR.

Dean brings his experience in marketing, leadership, projects and systems development to his training programs. Dean has been involved in adult education for over twenty years he has extensive qualifications and provides both accredited and non accredited training in Project Management, Leadership,  Mentoring and Training and Assessment. Dean has provided TAE skill sets to NSW Rural Fire Service, NSW SES and supported NSW councils with Fresh start Supervisor programs.
