Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

Forsythes Training provide flexible delivery options; this course can be completed live virtual classroom or face-to-face either at our Newcastle classroom or dedicated events for your business across NSW.

Qualification consists of 12 units of competency, 6 core units and 6 electives.

  • Forsythes Training delivers the training content over 7 workshops + 2 dedicated support days spread out over 6 months. 
  • Participants must be employed or have access to a workplace. 
  • We offer  live virtual classrooms
  • Dedicated events or skill sets can be conducted across Australia.
  • Access to all student resources including participant guides, assessments via Canvas

Pre-requisites

To attend this course students must be currently employed or have access to a workplace.  

Participants are required to bring their own laptop and must be comfortable in completing the following tasks on a computer:

  • Saving documents to folders
  • Saving documents to the cloud
  • Easily accessing/locating files on their computer quickly
  • Using tables to complete templates
  • Able to minimize, reduce page size, open files

Participants will also need to have access to Microsoft Word.

Face-to-Face Delivery:

  • Learn from certified trainers with real-world experience. 
  • Participate in interactive learning experiences.
  • Feel supported through your studies with our dedicated Student Support Days to provide one on one guidance.
