Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. 

As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

Forsythes Training provide flexible delivery options; this course can be completed live virtual classroom or face-to-face either at our Newcastle classroom or dedicated events for your business across NSW.

Qualification consists of 12 units of competency, 5 core units and 7 electives.

  • Participants must be employed or have access to a workplace. 
  • Dedicated events or skill sets can be conducted across Australia

Pre-requisites

To attend this course virtually students must be currently employed or have access to a workplace.  

Participants are required to have their own laptop or PC and fast streaming internet connection speed and have microphone and Camera switched on fir the duration of the session.

They must also be comfortable in completing the following tasks on a computer:

  • Saving documents to folders
  • Saving documents to the cloud
  • Easily accessing/locating files on their computer quickly
  • Using tables to complete templates
  • Able to minimize, reduce page size, open files

Participants will also need to have access to Microsoft Word.
