Ravensworth Operations has had 10 employees complete the FLM course with Forsythes Training over the past 18 months and of all their training facilitators we were fortune it enough to have Ross Grace Present this content.
I can say on behalf of all our team that Ross has an excellent style in presenting and more than enough life skills and depth to cover all aspects of FLM training. For us his passion to ensure all his class completed their assessments and apply this to the workplace with some continuity was exactly what we were looking for.
Would recommend FLM with Forsythes and Ross to anyone thinking of this training…
