Last year 38 out of 40 enrolled employees graduated with their Certificate IV in Frontline Management from Forsythes Training. We have another 18 employees enrolled in the program so far in 2008 with another group ready to commence when the existing group graduate.
We believe the program has been extremely beneficial for our staff and has encouraged team work and a significant change in the attitudes and performance of team leaders. The course has also enabled further career advancements for many graduates.
To minimise workflow interruptions, Forsythes worked closely with us to fit in with our needs, employees shifts, and modules were modified to suit our specific workplace environment. We found the course facilitators extremely professional and thorough.
