Why we said “NO” to our new client!

When the Australian division of the leading global temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics firm Americold came to us to say they wanted staff to complete the new TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, we said “NO”.

As always, we got to understand their business. Together, we determined their staff were better placed to do a nationally recognised Industry Skills Set in TAE. This training takes key elements from the Cert IV giving staff the essential skills for their performed tasks but leaving scope for some staff to progress to the full qualification in the future.

This customised approach has saved Americold time and money. We’re about to start the three-month program in Western Sydney.
