Emotional intelligence is the ability to be self-aware and to self-regulate. Emotionally intelligent leaders and managers know their strengths and challenges and how to achieve outcomes. Just like IQ is a measure of intelligence, Emotional Quotient (EQ) is a way to measure how well you interact with people. The Forsythes Training Difference – Human Synergistics®

Our trainers are accredited experts in emotional intelligence and are all trained in Human Synergistics® tools. These tools give you a deep insight into your own as well as other people’s current thinking, behaviour and leaderships styles. They also allow you to see how others view you. The course starts with the first principle of emotional intelligence – Self Awareness and builds on this concept throughout the day with the LSI1 Circumplex being completed twice during the session. Firstly the participants complete the circumplex based in their Ideal Manager – the person who will get the most out of them. They then complete the circumplex based on their own actions, reactions thinking and behaviours. The session then focuses on goal setting with the aim to become more effective and efficient in all aspects of their lives.
