About this course
Projects are undertaken in every organisation on physical assets in workshops, or on a work site but also in office environments looking to improve productivity, workflow efficiencies, and grow businesses. Projects provide solutions to solving problems as well as capitalising on new opportunities that help businesses transition to a new level of performance.
This course helps participants understand and how to apply good project management practices to projects of any size.
The workshop will provide participants with an overview of the entire project management process and the various project methodologies that exist. It will provide an understanding of the project management lifecycle as well as key project management tools and techniques that can be applied in the workplace – such as scoping projects, creating work breakdown structures and project schedules, stakeholder identification and engagement and how to monitor and control projects to achieve successful outcomes.
