Overview
The BSB50820 Diploma in Project Management is ideally suited to people who are managing projects in their entirety and applying their project knowledge and skills to initiate, plan execute and evaluate their project work and that of others. You will need to be currently employed and have support from your employer to conduct project management tasks or be currently in a project management role.
This qualification is relevant to people who apply their project management skills and knowledge in a variety of contexts, across several Industry sectors. The job roles that may relate to this qualification may include Project Manager and Project Team Leader.
Importantly, our training is practical and relevant, we value add to our Diploma of Project Management programs with a FREE two-day MS project course to make training more effective.
Forsythes Training and Assessment Strategy
- Forsythes Training delivers the training content over 7 workshops+ 6 dedicated student support sessions spread out over a 11-month period
- Participants must be employed and have support from your employer to conduct project management tasks or be currently in a project management role
- Participants cannot obtain the full qualification until all units are finalised which must including Part 2 of BSBPMG540 Manage project integration delivered as the final Cluster 7.
- Dedicated events or skill sets can be conducted across Australia
- Access to all student resources including participant guides, assessments via Canvas

Entry Requirements
Learners will need to have completed a language literacy and numeracy assessment online during the enrolment process and demonstrate their learning capacity to undertake course.
To ensure that a participant enroled in this program can fully meet the requirements outlined in this qualification, they must be currently employed and have support from their employer to conduct project management tasks or be currently in a project management role. They will need to have access to workplace documents and stakeholders which support their training and assessment.
Participants are required to bring their own laptop and must be comfortable in completing the following tasks on a computer:
- Saving documents to folders
- Saving documents to the cloud
- Easily accessing/locating files on their computer quickly
- Using tables to complete templates
- Able to minimize, reduce page size, open files
Participants will also need to have access to Microsoft Word.
