On 16 December 2013 twenty eight employees from Origin’s Eraring Power Station received their certificate IV in Frontline Management.
The graduating group were from three separate programs run in 2012 and 2013 and included employees from many different areas – Maintenance, Technicians, WHS, Operations/ Maintenance Support, Administration and contracts.
Eraring has a strong commitment towards their leadership program. The certificate IV in Frontline Management package was run in partnership with Forsythes Training, who have facilitated eight training programs, involving 65 employees from Eraring in the past five years.
The skills and knowledge gained in these qualifications will assist the employees in their current roles and also in their future career endeavours as leaders. Congratulations to all the graduates!
