Overview
BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety Individuals are existing workers preferably in a supervisory role with a minimum of six months work experience and have the support of their workplace supervisor or employer to participate in training
Work Health Safety (WHS) is more than just safety, it also covers the overall well-being of workers in all environments, risk analysis and ensuring workers are able to resume work following injuries.
Forsythes Training can deliver the WHS training program via our immersive online virtual classroom, face to face public scheduled programs in Thornton or as a dedicated training event.
The BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is made up of 10 units of competence – 5 core units and 5 elective units.
Entry Requirements
Learners will need to have completed a language literacy and numeracy assessment online during the enrolment process and demonstrate their learning capacity to undertake course.
To ensure that a Learner enrolled in this program can fully meet the requirements outlined in individual units of competency, they must be currently working and have access to workplace documents which support their training and assessment
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety Qualification Rules
A total of ten units , five core plus five electives of which three must be from group A.
Other electives can be selected from Group B or any current endorsed certificate IV qualification. One elective may be from Certificate III or Diploma qualification.
