These individuals would require the skills to plan, prepare, deliver, assess and improve vocational training. Individuals should be engaged in a training and education environment or have vocational skills at a level that supports training and education in the subject area in which they intend to teach. The technical expertise achieved in this qualification may be utilised in, and is not limited to, the following job roles:

- Employees who need to achieve this level in the workplace. These people may have experience but lack formal qualifications.
The course also provides an opportunity for existing workers to obtain a statement of attainment for the skills already acquired with experience. Job roles include enterprise trainer, enterprise assessor training adviser or training needs analyst.
Those entering this program must be able to demonstrate vocational competency in their proposed teaching and assessing area. Vocational competency is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and may include, but is not limited to, holding a relevant unit of competency or qualification.
You will be asked to complete a series of questions relating to your previous employment and training history. You will be required to agree to and provide written permission for Forsythes Training to contact your employer.
