The BSB51319 Diploma of Work Health and Safety is made up of 10 units of competence – 5 core units and 5 elective units.

BSB51319 Diploma WHS Program

To enrol in the BSB51319 Diploma WHS all participants must have been deemed competent in the five core units from the Certificate IV qualification before being able to enrol into the Diploma qualification.

BSB51319 Diploma of Work Health and Safety is suitable for people who co-ordinate and maintain the WHS program in an organisation.

The qualification reflects the role of practitioners who apply substantial knowledge and skills in wide variety of contexts.

This course has very strict pre-requisite knowledge requirements prior to enrolment.

Under the new training package all participants must have been deemed competent in the five core units from the BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.

This recent change will prove challenging for those individuals looking to enrol in the WHS Diploma or upgrade their Diploma in OHS.
