New supervisor skill-sets for developing others

MidCoast Council staff are completing several of Forsythes Training's Supervisor Leadership Skillsets for Developing Others

It can be difficult for supervisors, particularly those new to the role, to know how to get the best out of their team members. We’ve developed several, accredited, skillsets to help supervisors in any industry to be more effective in their role, sooner.

We customise and contextualise the skillsets using competencies from accredited Leadership and Management as well as the Mentoring unit from Training and Assessment Education (TAE40116) qualifications.
