New Case Study – Snowys Council gets free customer service training with Local Government Skills Strategy

A local Council will save $200,000 by using the State Government's Local Government Skills Strategy to train its entire workforce in customer service. 

Snowy Valleys Council engaged Forysthes Training to run the customer service program. We will effectively deliver the training for free because we got the Council funding through the Strategy.

We've already trained 40 of 200 staff. Council’s Project Co-ordinator, Matthew Christensen, says the feedback has been “absolutely amazing”.
